Deleting your Marengo account and your data

You can delete your Marengo account and your personal data at any time.

Under Account settings. Delete your account under Account settings on the Platform. Deletion takes effect immediately, and you receive a confirmation.

By email. Send your request to privacy@marengo.horse. We may first ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.

What we keep. We delete all your personal data, except the transaction records and invoices that we keep for tax purposes for the statutory retention period. At the end of that period, we delete or anonymise them.

If you signed in with Google or another provider. Deleting your Marengo account also deletes the information we received from that provider.
